Creating a Winning Culture and the Million Dollar Decision Process
Great session this morning!
Dennis Rohrs was able to add so much value beyond the presentation — I wish we would have been rolling the cameras this morning! Jump in and dialogue with us — Dennis has agreed to try and field questions and we would love to build on his ideas. Speaking of which, these are a culmination of best practices/great ideas that have roots all the way back to a conversation Dennis had with the Director of Employment at Disney.
Come Learn and Share with us!

Could you tell me what the reference to “Bennett” on slide 5 – some kind of employee screening / personality test / etc.????
Thanks.

Eric,
The Bennett Test of Mechanical Comprehension is a 60 item test designed to determine a person’s ability to understand mechanical systems. Our work at Fort Wayne Metals cneters around numerous mechanical processes and we have found that an individual who scores well on this test has the fundamental understanding of mechanical systems necessary to learn our processes.
SO this test is appropriate for jobs of a mechanical nature buit not for general testing requirements at all employers.
Thanks for the question.
