Survey Says…
We had an overwhelming number of responses to the end of the year survey — thank you for participating!
New Ways to Participate in Learning:
- 85.9% interested in webinars
- 83.2% interested in on-demand video sessions
- 68.2% interested in teleseminars
Suggestions for Improving the TQM Network:
- “Varied meeting locations-use Innovation Center more”
- “You do have interesting subjects, but would not be adverse to have some new ones.”
- “How business needs to review quoting with automated processes versus old traditional methods. We find financial people want to put overhead burdens into costing for new processes that don’t require these burdens. They refuse to listen to facts.”
- “Rotate the time of day for meetings”
- “Emails on a more regular basis”
- “Would like to see interactive programming education: ie. adobe photo shop, adobe acrobat 8 professional, excel, etc.”
- “The morning sessions are very good and do not consume the entire day. A lunch session occassionaly would be attractive. Keep the content relavent like you have been. Nice work!!!”
Perception of the TQM Network
- 23.4% said “Shares best practices & ideas – I can count on TQM Network for excellent learning opportunities”
- 22.6% said “Collaborative, innovative, cutting edge – I always learn something new”
- 22.6% said “Some interesting sessions and information – I find some value in the TQM Network”
- 21.9% said “Generally good content, overly focused on Lean Six Sigma – I wish TQM Network would do something NEW”
- 2.8% said “TQM & Lean Six Sigma are passe’ – I have lost interest in the TQM Network”
